Chispitas was born from a simple belief: the best ice cream doesn't need shortcuts. Every batch is mixed by hand, slow-churned, and aged until it reaches the right texture — dense, creamy, and deeply flavored.

Our sorbets are made from real fruit. Our chocolates are melted, not microwaved. Our vanilla comes from real beans. If it doesn't taste like the ingredient itself, we don't use it.
